We offer a variety of room options, from standard double rooms to superior, deluxe, and even superior rooms with private pools. We take sleeping comfort very seriously and provide a sleep menu with a choice of mattresses and pillows to suit our guests' preferences. We will address your concerns about noise and cleanliness with our housekeeping team to ensure improvements. Regarding the food and cocktails, we celebrate Cretan and Greek culture in our culinary offerings and strive to incorporate traditional Greek dishes alongside other cuisines to appeal to our diverse guests. At Erontas Restaurant, we serve multi-cuisine dishes, including Mediterranean, European, and a special Cretan corner. Our theme nights are meant to add variety to the buffet, and we regret they did not enhance your dining experience as intended. Our all-inclusive package includes a selection of branded premium alcohol, such as spirits, wine, and beers, along with a range of signature cocktails. Additionally, our pool bar offers snacks like hand-rolled pizza, Greek salads, hotdogs, Greek pies, ice cream, and cakes from 11am to 6pm. Thank you once again for your constructive feedback.
