Keine Zimmerreinigung,nach 2maliger Aufforderung erst um 21.30.Schlange stehen vor dem Speisesaal, im Speisesaal vor den Grills.Auf gar keinen Fall 5Sterne.Personal ist total überfordert, kein Wunder jede Bar spült sie Gläser und Tassen mit der Hand. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt! !
Essen lauwarm, keine Beschriftung erst nach 4 Tagen. Atmosphäre wie eine Bahnhofshalle.
