Regarding the sun loungers, we understand your frustration. Although we do have clear signage stating that reserving loungers with towels is not allowed, unfortunately, this is a common challenge during high occupancy periods. Please know that we are currently reviewing additional measures to ensure fair access for all our guests. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the room size and the shower.
