For example, if they are in a wheelchair, and arrive at nearly midnight, Reception should be conscious of what room they are put in. Esther was exceptional in her customer service. Esther and Tias was always polite and their knowledge was helpful during our stay. Not to be corny, but both should be considered for management material.
In a lovely location for those who have no difficulty walking, but for wheelchair users, not so good. However, taxis are cheap and accessible buses are even cheaper. Therefore, a good location.
