However, we are sorry to read that the room was not up to your expectations and that there were usures, we thank you for the report and inform you that the technicians are already providing the accommodation. Regular checks are usually made very accurate, it is likely that with the high number of jobs this has escaped us, however we would have been pleased if you had communicated it during your stay so that you can intervene with the change of room so that you can offer a better stay and without problems that could change the perception of your experience.
