Your kind words about their support are truly appreciated. We are sorry to read that your room location on the second floor was not as quiet as you had hoped. Higher floors are available depending on availability and room category, and they do carry a different price. We regret that this was not clearer during the booking process. We also appreciate your comments regarding the food selection, the cleanliness of the plates, and the condition of the cutlery. Your observations have been shared with our kitchen and restaurant teams so they can review and improve these points. Regarding the presence of insects, although this can occasionally happen in southern climates, we understand how unpleasant it can be however we informt hat we follow strictly our preventive measures.
