Dear Karsten, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review on our hotel. We are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. All of our reviews are read and taken seriously, as they provide us with useful insight which segment of our service can be improved. Quality of our service is very important to us, especially for our front staff. Because of this our front staff goes through customised training sessions that prepare them for the working environment. Currently we have 3 new members in our team that have just recently started working on the reception. Even though they are quickly catching up to their older colleagues, there is still a big knowledge and experience gap between them and their older peers. Nevertheless, we apologize that our front staff left a bad impression on you and wasn't able to answer all of your requests in an efficient manner. We hope that we will get the chance to host you again in the future. We are convinced we will leave a better impression, on mutual satisfaction.
