However, we sincerely apologize for the significant discomfort caused by the excessively loud and constant music. We deeply regret that you were unable to find a quiet place to relax. As you know Amare music is a standard from Amare Hotels, so we can't turn off. Please be assured that we will review our music volume and ambient noise policies for all areas.
