Tolle Erfahrung im Amienss Hotel Lume! Meine Erfahrung im Amienss Hotel Lume war absolut großartig! Schon bei der Ankunft war das Personal sehr freundlich, professionell und wirklich hilfsbereit. Marina und ihr männlicher Kollege waren besonders hilfsbereit und herzlich – vielen Dank dafür! Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden – wir haben zum Beispiel das Ritter-Folklore-Fest in Smokvica besucht. Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel war ruhig und entspannend. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die Liebe zum Detail und das Engagement des Teams, jedem Gast das Gefühl zu geben, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet – es wurde darauf geachtet, dass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Es war abwechslungsreich und frisch! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und hoffe, dass dieses Serviceniveau beibehalten wird – das macht wirklich einen Unterschied. Sehr empfehlenswert!
