Dear Mr. Engin, First of all, we would like to thank you for sharing your holiday experience with us and with Holidaycheck users. During your stay, even though you were happy with your stay, now we understand that we have to accept that our services weren’t enough for you and by politeness you were just telling us that your stay was good. As we explained you during your stay and it is written on your contracts made by you and your holiday agency and register cards too, all kinds of personal items’ responsibility belongs to the guests. The safe box is free and guests could use it and what ever they see precious could be put inside. When a staff finds something, they are giving the precious or technological items to the reception/guest relations or to the housekeeping. No one could enter to your room, we already told you to look better into your belonging or maybe you just forgot somewhere else. If we find something, we are keeping it for a year. During your stay, you never mentioned anything broken in your room. Before opening the season we are fixing all and during the season if something is broken we are fixing them. The main restaurant itself is serving 900 dishes every day. As Hotel Management, we do not know what you were expecting from our facility or from your vacancy but we think we did all we could do for your accomodation. Thank you for your understanding.
