Feedback from our guests allows us to continually improve the service we offer, so we consider it to be extremely valuable and important. Diamonds Athuruga hosts guests from International backgrounds. The majority of our customers are from Germany, Italy and England depending on the period of the year, and we are very proud to welcome them. We would like to apologize if you felt the ambience around your Beach Bungalow was too noisy. Typically, guests who have any problem with noise are immediately proposed by the reception to switch rooms, as we understand many guests are seeking relaxation and peacefulness while here in the Maldives! Our entertainment program offers various activities every day, including a Biology Presentation by our Manta TRUST colleague every Monday, a traditional Maldivian Bodu Beru Dance every Friday evening, and a Disco Beach Party every Saturday. We would like to apologize that the entertainment program was not to your satisfaction. Our Main Bar is nonetheless open every day from 8am to midnight, and our bartenders are always happy to serve you any drinks you desire. It is not our standard to serve food that does not satisfy our guests, and we therefore address these valuable concerns as the majority of our guests love the Athuruga cuisine. We are constantly working on improving our food offering to better satisfy all of our guests. We understand that the Whale Shark excursion is a significant cost, however its expensive price is due to our necessity to cover the cost of the Speedboat, taking into account that the Whale Shark hotspot is 50 minutes away by Speedboat from Athuruga, also considering the unique nature of getting to see one of these amazing animals, one of the few spots around the world! Thank you for your compliments regarding the helpfulness of our staff. We all place all our efforts in creating as perfect an experience as possible for our guests. It is unfortunate to read that certain elements of our Beach Bungalow were not to your satisfaction. As there is no WIFI and TV in the majority of our Beach Bungalows, we offer a TV set-up near the library and complimentary WIFI at our Reception and at the Main Bar. We are working on expanding the WIFI connection to our Beach Bungalows in the near future. Thank you again for taking the time to write your review.
