Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Bootstransfer inklusive der Lounge ist top. Alle Mitarbeiter sind aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele Länder und grossartige Hotels besucht, dieses ist eines der besten und schönsten Anlage, welche wir besucht haben. Es wird sowohl für Familien, wie auch für Erwachsene viel auf einem sehr hohen Niveau geboten. Wir hatten eine aussergewöhnlich aufmerksamen Villa Host Hana. Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Erreichbarkeit war bemerkenswert. Auch der Resort Manager und Louise waren ausgesprochen sympathisch. Alles in Allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
