Der Service in diesem Traumhotel ist wirklich herausragend. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde fühlt man sich hier wohl.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool. Wirklich ein Traum. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Ein superbequemes Bett und ein tolles Bad mit Regendusche. Zwischendurch stand immer eine kleine Überraschung in Form von Obst o.ä. im Zimmer.
Tolles Frühstück direkt am Strand. Auch sonst waren das Essen und die Cocktails sehr sehr lecker.
Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Concierge erklärte uns alles sehr ausführlich und brachte uns persönlich aufs Zimmer. Egal ob Taxibestellung oder Restaurantreservierung, es wurde sich um alles umgehend gekümmert. Auch die Angestellten im Restaurant beim Frühstück und am Pool waren super freundlich. Nicht einmal die Handtücher durfte man selbst auf der Liege ausbreiten. Sofort kam ein Mitarbeiter und kam mit Handtüchern bepackt zur gewünschten Liege am Pool oder Strand.
Vom Flughafen aus ist man in wenigen Minuten im Hotel. Trotzdem merkt man nichts von Flughafen. Für uns war die Lage, etwas abseits vom Rummel der Chaweng Beach Road perfekt. Trotzdem kommt man mit dem Taxi oder Tuk Tuk in wenigen Minuten mitten ins Geschehen.
