Das Hotel wäre nicht schlecht, sauber und gut in Schuss. Aber.... das essen ist eine Katastrophe , jede Firmenkantine hat ein besseres essen als diese Hotel. Wir gingen oft raus um zu essen. Einflugschleuse vom Flughafen ist sehr laut.

Dear Guest, In regards to your message kindly note that we always encourage our guests to contact our reception in order to report any issue they have been facing in order to be able to rectify it & instancy react by giving the best available solution, as our first priority is always the guest’s satisfaction. We are very surprised to read that you found the food department to be one of our weakest points. We would like to share with you that our buffet consists of a variety of menu options, a diet section as well so as to reach each guest’s expectation. A huge variety of freshly cut salads is provided during lunch & dinner as well as a vast variety of freshly cooked meals including show cooking. It should be though highlighted that we place a lot of emphasis on the quality and consistency of our food at all times. We have also created different themed nights for our guests and work constantly in fulfilling several flavors and cultures. Among others we offer the option of one a la Carte restaurant & one Asian Restaurant that are highly recommended by our guests. That’s is the reason that our guests have been repeatedly praised us. It’s a great shame that you did not mentioned something to our staff in order to try satisfying any particular culinary need of yours during your stay.
