Dear guests Thank you for your review but I must correct or better clarify some points of your review. 1. Concerning check in, it is clarified everywhere that check in is at 15:00. (it is even noted on your TUI reservation form!) 2. We are a FAMILY HOTEL and it is described as such in every site that either sales us or advertises us…. If you wanted “peace” as you state… maybe you should book your holidays in an ADULT ONLY HOTEL 3. We are an All Inclusive hotel and NOT an Ultra All Inclusive Hotel. Therefore, drinks we serve are all local drinks of good quality and not brand name alcohols (ultra All-Inclusive hotels of course are not sold at the same price we are ) 4. We serve alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 23:00 in the All Inclusive formula…. Pool Bar from 10:00 to 23:00 and Beach Bar from 10:00 to 18:00 because then the Beach bar closes. After 23:00 drinks are payable and they are branded drinks 5. We have at the pool regulations for your own security ….. do not dive, do not enter the pool after eating, do not use glass by the pool, do not enter the pool having drunken alcohol. …. Pool has like everywhere working hours as it is supervised by a lifeguard. Also many clients that want like you “peace” while having their aperitif before diner, do not want people in the pool shouting!!!! 6. We opted for the wafer for serving ice cream at the restaurant because it is a much appreciated formula for the children (we are a family hotel…. Remember…) 7. As for snacks, since they are served at the pool bar, we have wrapped sandwiches as well as pizza or pies and not cake as you wished…. Cake or any “breaking snack” could be splattered everywhere as well as around or in the pool… then you would consider the pool “dirty” 8. We do not advertise animation but aqua aerobics is done Wednesday – Saturday and Sunday at 17:15 at the pool (please see animation board next to the lift) ALL ABOVE INFORMATION WAS GIVEN TO YOU UPON ARRIVAL in the Information letter that was handed to you Thank you for mentioning at least that we gave you a FREE room upgrade from Superior room to maisonette (double upgrade…) The Management
