Astera Bansko Hotel & Spa

Good hotel, our second time there. Works 24/7, reception is very helpful Great facilities, big lobby, ski storage, one of the biggest spa in Bansko, outside thermal pool is really awesome. There are 3 saunas, a Turkish bath, and several massage rooms. Indoor pool for swimming and spa area with many pools. The restaurant is fairly big, breakfast is every day the same, this could be improved, more variety of fruits and cereals would be good, and lactose-free stuff. On the other hand, dinner is great, lots of options, meat salads, cooked dishes. Rooms in main building are not super big but comfy and equipped with everything. Bathroom, on the other hand, could have a refresh, there are a couple of things which should be fixed. Overall great value for the money. Would go there again
