Wir haben mit 2 Familien das Hotel im Oktober 2019 besucht. Die Anlage an sich ist schön, aber müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Teppiche in den Treppenhäusern sind ekelerregend verschmutzt. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Die Stühle im Restaurant "Minos" sind so schmutzig, dass man sich kaum hinsetzen mag. Die meisten Teller und (Wein-)Gläser sind angeschlagen. Das Essen schmeckt gut, die Speisekrte wiederholt sich wöchentlich. Die Liegen am Strand sind zwar in den Hotelkosten enthalten, aber völlig veraltet und rostig. Das Umweltkonzept ist eher vorgegaukelt: mittags gibt es in der Snackbar Holzbesteck zum Wegschmeißen, aber sonst erhält man bei jeden Gelegenheit Plastikschälchen usw. Die Hartplastikgläser in Snackbereich sind vergilbt bis bräunlich- daraus mag man kaum trinken. Der Service ist eher personenabhängig, Tische sind häufig klebrig und werden nicht abgewischt. Alles in allem schade um das an sich nette Hotel!
