Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write about your stay at our hotel. Although we were disappointed to see your overall experience comes along with a 3* rating. Therefore, we would like to point out a few things about your review. All the rooms are renovated. Some rooms have light wood furniture whereas others have darker wood but it is certainly not old as you mentioned. As regards the aircraft noise, this is a very unusual comment as the airport is far away from the hotel and planes didn’t fly directly over the hotel. I was taken aback by your comment related to the lack of Animation as this team consists of 3 groups. An Italian team for morning activities and the night shows at the theatre which works exclusively for our Italian guests according the particular concept. There is an international team for the morning activities and a team for the evening entertainment with professional musicians and dancers. Two pool vibes with professional singers and two beach parties take place with great success. I truly wish that we had met in person to discuss your regrettable experience with us so that we could have rectified it straight away. It is of paramount importance for me to manage and meet your holiday needs and I find the best way to do that is with the personal approach. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
