Hotel mit viel Luft nach oben. Hotelanlage schön angelegt aber auch viel Renovierungsbedarf an den Pools, Rutschen und Bars.
Wir wohnen in einem teilweise renovierten Zimmer. Die Probleme mit Ameisen können wir nicht bestätigen. Dafür ist es bei uns trotz Klimaanlage unglaublich heiß im Zimmer.
Das Essen ist leider sehr lieblos zubereitet und angerichtet. Sämtliches Fleisch und Fisch ist trocken oder verbrannt. Leider besteht nicht die Möglichkeit sich selbst etwas Braten zulassen. Livecooking, wie man es aus anderen Urlauben kennt, gibt es nicht. Außerdem werden fast alle Getränk am Pool in Pappbechern serviert und auch die Snacks an den Bars sind in Papier und Plastik.
Der Service ist gut. Sehr aufmerksam an den Bars und in den Restaurants. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und nett.
Der Ort an sich hat nicht wirklich viel zu bieten. Läd nicht wirklich zum Bummeln ein.
