Super Anlage mit sauberen Poolanlagen und wunderschönem Strand . Zimmer sind keinesfalls 4 Sterne Niveau . Essen gut aber oft kalt. Freundliches Personal im Restaurant.
Doppelbett war eine reine Katastrophe , brauchten nach 2 Nächten einen Arzt , Beistellbett war mit einer 5cm dicken Matratze . Im Badezimmer war Schimmel in der Dusche , und Rost an den Bademöbeln.Ungeziefer im Bad. Terrassenmöbel waren rostig und verschmutzt , Ameisenstraßen auf der Terrasse .
Essen war gut immer ausreichend vorhanden , aber oft kalt .
Personal im Restaurant und Rezeption sehr freundlich . Managment freundlich aber es passiert nichts .
Kurzer Transfer , Autovermietung und Supermarkt vor dem Hotel .

We kindly regret the review about the cleanliness in the room. Due to the fact that the reception is 24 hours you could have informed about any issues that you had in the room. Also, about the ants in the terrace due to the fact that the hotel is in the nature is normal to have some ants outside in the grass area.
