Dear Mr Otto , We truly appreciate your feedback as it is comments from our valued guests that enable us to improve our services and facilities.In our continuous efforts to enhance our product and our guests’ experience We regret the inconvenience we may have caused you. Since 2019 and onwards the ex Carda Hotel has faced many changes - Thomas Cook collapsed , then 2020 and half summer 2021 hotel has been closed due to covid and the business orientation unfortunatelly changed and moved to multinational agencys including all european T.O ,( British , Polish , German , Greek, france , Belgium Austria , Slovekia , etc )meaning that we do use only one language ( the Engish ) as a common language for all clients as you understand . Regarding the sports we do offer sports activities (beach volley , football , tennis) as the previous years and concerning the enterntainment 4 times a week we do provide in the new main terrace shows such as drifters/saxo night/greek live music and and disco nights . additionally all clients have access to the aphitheatre in the sister hotel to see the programm by our Animation Team . However we have noticed that prievious years and now you have stayed at the ex carda hotel under the Sentido- the Atlantica Mikri Poli Park but you have published your review to the Atlantica Mikri Poli which is the sister hotel with different standards . Once again thank you for your valuable comments and please accept our sincere apologies . we very much hope that despite the issues reported you were still able to enjoy your holiday and that you would choose to visit us again in the future.
