Aus DeutschlandDas ist kein Hotel, sondern eine Diskothek, Musik in voller Lautstaerke (letzte Nacht) bis 3 Uhr nachts, sonst auch Disko bis Mitternacht. An Schlaf ist da kaum zu denken. Das Personal ist trotz aller sichtlichen Ueberarbeitung sehr freundlich. Das ist aber auch das einzig Positive hier. Das Essen ist einfach und gleichfoermig.
Wir haben wegen des Diskotheken/Laerms kaum geschlafen.
Das Personal hatte keine Kompetenzen, fuer Ruhe in der Nacht zu sorgen. Es ist offensichtlich das Konzept des Hotels ein zypriotischer 'Ballermann' zu sein.

We must admit that we are truly saddened to receive your score and comments as it seems that the activities taking place at our hotel mainly marred your stay. Although it is clearly stated in our brochure that we have low entertainment until midnight, should you had shared your concerns with us about your noise sensitivity while you were we assure you that we would have taken any necessary measures to overturn this situation to your satisfaction. Providing to our guests a good night's sleep is of course one of our top priorities as a hotel. If all the other areas and services were up to your total satisfaction and you feel you could give our hotel another try in the future, we would like to invite you back to our hotel and give us the opportunity to give you the exquisite holidays you expect.
