Waren schon 2002/2003 im selben Hotel wurde seither nichts erneuert,ausser dem Namen,Hotel ist für Mitteleuropäer nicht mehr buchbar,da nur noch lauter Russen einquartiert sind,und die sich völlig ausserhalb der Norm benehmen.So müssen die Liegestühle am morgen zwischen 05.00 und 05.15 reserviert werden,da sonst alle Liegen besetzt sind-

Dear Monika, It was indeed very kind of you to take the time to share your feedback with us in regards to your stay at our hotel. We are truly sorry your experience was not to your satisfaction and thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to the points you addressed in your review. Since your last visit in 2002/2003 many major renovations were taken place (e.g. Total renovation and refurbishment of the rooms and public areas of the main building, establishment of KOI Bar & the elegant Red Room Restaurant, renovation of our spa and gym facilities which are equipped with technologically advanced equipment, and many more) and we are extremely saddened and surprised to read that these renovations were not noticeable by a repeat guest. In regards to your point raised about the hotel being occupied by guests of a certain nationality we must highlight that as a hotel we welcome guests of any nationality and we cooperate with a number of European tour operators, who combined hold the majority of room allotments. Therefore, due to these contracts it is impossible our hotel to be occupied by a certain nationality, especially during high season. We find it very important to clarify this point for this might be misleading for our future guests. Regading the sun loungers we were saddened to read about the inconvenience you experienced for there were plenty of sun beds for everyone! We understand that during rush hours it is difficult to trace one but we assure you that once you seemed assistance from our pool staff they would have responded immediately to your satisfaction.
