Dear Mr. Andreas, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay affected your overall rating, as many of our guests appreciate the staff friendliness, the hotel cleanliness, our food and our location. We would like to clarify that your original reservation was made at a different property with a larger infrastructure. While we understand that this may have influenced your expectations, we did our best to offer a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere within the facilities of our hotel. Had the brochure or online presentation of our hotel been reviewed prior to arrival, the differences between the two properties would have been more evident. Furthermore, according to Greek government law, all beaches are public. There is no “private hotel beach” as the entire coastline is accessible to everyone. The sunbeds in front of the hotel are managed by a private company, but the beach itself remains public for all guests, visitors and also locals. Additionally, please note that some members of our Management Team speak fluent German. If you had requested German-speaking assistance during your stay, we would have been happy to provide it.
