Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about our hotel. We respect your opinion but we regret to inform you that we do not agree with your comments or the rating. Our hotel is not a luxury hotel, it is a real holiday place for everybody with very good standards despite some restrictions this year due to Covid-19 protocols. During your visit the hotel had a low occupancy but we had 4 pools open and 1 pool bar which was open until 18:00 hrs until the pool closure for the night. Concerning animation you had live music every night, but it is also very clear on the website that some facilities like organised group activities etc would not be available due to Covid protocols. Regarding the children's buffet please note that according to the protocols that are i place children should remain seated in the restaurant and the parents should take food for them, for this reason there was no separate children's buffet, however there was the children's option on the main buffet. Concerning the Tennis court it was in the plan to be repaired the day after you reported that it was broken and this was then done. Please note that our hotel is certified with 5 ISO Management Systems from one of the top European accreditation organisations ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & Covid shield Further, please note that we have a plan with continuous renovation of the hotel and if you noticed, we renovated the pools, the rooms, the restaurants, the elevators, the centralized air conditioning etc and coming winter we are planning to renovate other hotel areas Your opinion, not to recommend our hotel is respected, but at the same time the opposite opinion of the thousands of guests visiting our hotel every year with high satisfaction should also be respected.
