Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter:innen, gutes bis sehr gutes Englisch; reichhaltiges gutes Frühstücksbuffet; Zimmer gut beheizbar (waren im Januar dort) nachts leider oft laute Geräusche (vllt von der Belüftung/ Klimaanlage?) und Zimmertüren lassen sich nur sehr geräuschvoll schließen.
