Regarding the rooms at the Main Building, we are happy to announce that they are scheduled for renovation this winter. Concerning our respect for the environment, we assure you that we are continuously seeking more sustainable ways of operating. We have already implemented a food waste monitoring system and are among the few resorts on the island that recycle plastic.
