Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und einigermaßen gut gelegen, links vom Hotel Richtung Rhodes Altstadt sind auch ein paar Shopping Gelegenheiten. Aber die gute Bewertungen wegen dem Essen kann ich nicht verstehen siehe Beschreibung Gastro.
Wir waren im Hauptgebäude im 2ten Stock (215). Das Zimmer ist sehr klein mit 3 Betten und ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Badezimmer mit Wanne + Dusche ist gerade noch OK, nur die Decke sieht nicht mehr gut aus. Guter Fön ist auch vorhanden! Klimaanlage war meistens leise! Im Nebengebäude waren neue Zimmer, die sahen echt gut aus. Denke hatte ich so ein Zimmer gehabt wäre meine Bewertung besser ausgefallen.
Fleisch war meisten knorpelig, Fisch war nur 1mal in 2 Wochen echt gut, sonst komplett trocken oder geschmackslos (ausser zum mexikanische Abend, der war TOP). Das Essen war zu 90% ungewürzt. Pizza, Salate, Tzatziki, Dessert & grosse Obstauswahl wäre gut. Und es gibt von 10-0 an der Snackbar am Strand die ganze Zeit was zu Essen, das ist TOP.
Immer freundlich und immer hast du jemand putzen gesehen.
Gute Lage, ca 15min von Flughafen und Rhodos Altstadt/Neustadt. Es wird auch ein Shuttle Bus der ca jede Stunde bis 23uhr fährt (Kosten 3€ pro Person hin& Rück)

Animation ist nicht aufdringlich und es wurde was geboten (Dart, Aqua Zumba, Volleyball, Abends und manchmal Mittag Shows uwm.)

We are glad to read that you enjoyed our beautiful location, the friendliness of our staff and the entertainment . Regarding your comments about the food, kindly note that we do not really understand. If the food offered for you all day long at the beach restaurants was great and you always had something to eat, why you rated us with a 2 ? . We everyday day offer different theme nights(chinese,mexican,greek,carvery,cretan cuisine,) !!! Furthermore we have two different snack bars open from 11:00-17:00 with freshly made pizza,pasta,salads,gyros ,souvlaki ,greek dishes and at the same time lunch is served at the main restaurant with different kind of food from 12:00-14:30. At the same area barbeque,meze with ouzo are served from our Chef and his team. Last but not least our gelateria is open at 10:00 am till 24:00 offering waffles,ice cream, tortillas, sandwiches ,pastries, cake ,fruits...etc Moreover If we knew your disappointment came mainly from the type of the room you have received, we could had suggested you many other alternatives in order to satisfy your needs while you were with us. Our staff is always willing to help you if you ever complain for anything while you are still here . We feel very sorry we were not informed about your dissatisfaction.
