It was a pleasure to read that you thoroughly enjoyed our gastronomy and beverage selection and appreciated the friendliness of our team members and all their significant efforts in providing the highest level of service possible. On the other hand, we are disappointed to read that you didn't like the style of your superior room and more sad not to have been informed about it during your stay here. There are many superior rooms and they do not look exactly the same, therefore, our reception team could have found another room more suitable to your preferences. As far as the sunbeds, all the broken ones will be replaced during the next weeks.
