Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und maximal 2* wert. Die Dusche ist verschimmelt, der Aufzug kaputt, nichts außer die Zimmer klimatisiert und auf den Gängen steht dreckiges Geschirr herum. Finger Weg!

    Dear Christian, On behalf of hotel management, we are deeply sorry for the inconveniences caused to you which lead to disappointment and early checked-out in the following day, after 1 night stay with us. Please give us a chance to clarify you in point by point. 1. Destroyed Elevator button – on that date, the elevator button was in fixing process by outsource company and not yet finished. In the same time, it is also allowed for in-house guests to use it when they would like to go up and down from their room. 2. Moldy Shower – we are deeply sorry for this matter. The housekeeping department accepted this issue and the staff who cleaned up the room was investigated and be warned of the working process in order to ensure that all spaces of guest’s room should be completely clean before guest check-in. We seriously takes this comments into the head department as we agreed that it would make hotel image dropped and guest will not be satisfied. 3. Dirty dishes on corridor – once guest finished any in-room dining, they have to call to the restaurant, and can place it in front of the room. Then, the F&B staff should go up to the guest’s room quickly in order to clear all dishes away. So, we do sorry that the staffs might not do it as fast as we expect; however, it is not the matter to be neglected surely. This comment was also seriously in briefing to F&B team, especially the room service team to be aware of fast and perfect process. 4. Hair in the bathtub – we do sorry for this issue. The housekeeping team will pay more attention and be aware of the cleanliness every times they make up room. Again, we would like to apologize for these matters that made you disappointed. Certainly that all guest' comments are all meant to us both for paying more attention to guest’s needs or all negative comments and for improving hotel’s services. Warmest regards, Management Team
