Aus DeutschlandDas Hotel kann ich aus heutiger Sicht nur bedingt empfehlen. Grund : Der Küchenchef sollte ausgewechselt werden !! Das Buffet am morgen und am abend entsprach in keiner Weise einem 5-Sterne Hotel ! ( Schade um die guten Rohstoffe ! )
Das Zimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon war sehr gut ausgestattet .

Let me first assure you that the comments from our guests, both positive and negative are read at the weekly meetings with all the managers of the departments present and are taken very seriously. We are surprised by your comments about our food and Chef since our Chef is using the best and fresh ingredients from the market on a daily basis. We also have our own fruit and vegetable plantation with 15,000 trees. We do have a large variety on our buffet to cover all of our guests tastes. If you were not happy with the food you should have contacted us and let us know how you felt so to provide you with the food you like.
