Gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung. Gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Leider war der Umgang mit uns als Familie nicht in Ordnung.

Dear Agatha, Thank you for your review from your recent stay at Babylon Hotel The Hague. Good to read that you were satisfied with the location of the hotel and the breakfast. Thanks also for the compliment for our friendly staff. It is however disappointing to read that somehow the treatment of you as a family was not up to standard.
