Aus DeutschlandKids club und das Wassersport Team war super!!! Leider waren wir enttäuscht vom Service der Rezeption, wir haben zwei Probleme angesprochen und wollten mit dem Hotel eine Lösung finden. Daran war das Hotel aber nicht interessiert sondern Standardmässig hiess es nur "den Fall hatten wir noch nie". Auch war es uns alles etwas zu voll. Auch wenn das Buffet super war, es waren einfach zu viele Leute. Fast schon Gedränge manchmal. Dasselbe am Pool. Das man in so einem gehobenen Hotel um liegen "kämpfen" muss ist mir auch noch nie passiert. Strand war schön - falls mal nicht haufenweise diese Algen angespült wurden. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Kurzum es war ganz nett und für Kinder wie gesagt super - leider kann das nicht die anderen schlechten Erfahrungen wett machen
