Dear Ms. Eva, We are really sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the experience in our hotel to the fullest as we strive to make each stay with us an unforgettable one. Discussions involving the respective team members and management have taken place to review your comments, and we would like to assure you that all of your concerns will be addressed and attended to. We are disappointed to read that we do not enjoy the facilities or amenities offered by our rooms, which are adapted to offer the best rest and comfort to all our guests. Nonetheless we are happy to know that you enjoyed the comfortable bed that we have. It is considered one of the best of the market. Regarding your comment about the air conditioning, we would like to kindly inform that we are an environmentally friendly hotel that follows the established guidelines; we have a central air conditioning system that regulates the temperature according to the external weather. However, we will be happy to conduct a review into the A/C functioning in your next visit so we could sort it out on-site. On the other hand we thank you for pointing out the kindness and enthusiasm of our staff, their friendliness and helpfulness being our hotels’ main strength we will definitely congratulate them all on your behalf for their contribution to your wellbeing whilst staying among us.
