Es hat nicht gefallen, dass einige Gäste (männlich wie weiblich) zum Abendessen in kurzer Hose und Schlappen erscheinen konnten und das von den Mitarbeitern am Einlass ohne Kommentar toleriert wird. Das entspricht nicht dem Niveau eines 5*-Hotels.
