Wir waren für eine Woche da, es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt, wird aber mit Abwasser gewässert ( Gestank) Speisen sehr gut Leider war der Steg geschlossen, wegen Renovierung
Zimmer war sauber, leider die Matratze durchgelegen, ich bekam Rückenschmerzen. Wenn ich was gesagt hätte, dann hätte ich bestimmt ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Wir waren im A Block untergebracht, sehr nah zum Strand oder zum Pool, deswegen wollte ich nicht wechseln
Sehr gute Speisen, das Restaurant gleicht eher einer Firmenkantine , aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Kellner sehr nett und hilfsbereit
Freundliches Personal, egal wo im Hotel
Wie alle Hotels in Marsa Alam ist in der Umgebung nicht viel, aber wer die Ruhe sucht findet sie hier

Concerning your remarks about the bed Mattress , just mentioned it to Front office and we would have the pleasure to find a good solution without changing the room if you like the room location. Concerning your remarks about the jetty closure, we would like to explain to you that the jetty closed for annual maintenance, also all tour operator has been informed enough time before guest arrival However the hotel arrange alternative service for one of the best snorkeling spots (Marsa Egla) Nature reserve . with free shuttle bus 3 times per day with free soft drink on the beach (water and juices). Meanwhile the jetty ready for operation and it is already used by all guest in house.
