Dear Customer, thank you for expressing an opinion about your stay at one of our facilities in Cannigione di Arzachena, the Blu Hotel Morisco Village. The opinions of our customers are essential to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. We regret that, despite the positive experience, the stay was not entirely to your liking, however, we believe we can respond to individual reports. First of all, our structure boasts 4 stars thanks to the excellent services, the magnificent structure and the wonderful location. As for the All Inclusive service (with schedules and drinks included), it is well specified on our website and at the time of booking, it includes buffet meals with water and house wine as well as an open bar from 12 to 22, which includes grappa, Mirto, Limoncello, draft beer, house wine, soft drinks, water, tea, coffee and cappuccino. The animation, however, has been widely appreciated throughout the summer season and what is reported is disparaging towards the great commitment of our staff. However, we would have appreciated a more specific about his experience, rather than stringent and unconstructive comments.
