Wir waren für 2 Tage in Blu Natura & Spa. Wir hatten uns leider deutlich mehr erhofft und wurden enttäuscht. Gerade das Servicepersonal ließ zu wünschen übrig. Man wartete bis man am Frühstück gefragt wurde bzgl. Kaffee und es dauerte über 15min bis dieser kam und einer wurde vergessen und das bei 2 Personen. Es ist tatsächlich keine 4* wert.
Zwar augenscheinlich neu, aber eher günstige Materialien. Die Dusche schlecht abgedichtet - komplettes Bad unter Wasser nach dem duschen.
Abendessen 4 Gänge Menü - das Essen kam weder heiss noch frisch am Tisch an. Sowohl Fleisch als auch Fisch trocken und zäh.
Servicemitarbeiter ausschließlich männlich. Kurz angebunden, nur englisch.

Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you weren’t satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we are able to reply to your concerns. Our service at breakfast is usually very fast and kind, appreciated by all of our guests. We’re sorry if you had to wait a few minutes – even though we think it could have been a 5-minute maximum waiting. The wait usually only takes the time of the coffee-making. We can’t understand what was the issue with the fact that we have male waiters. We sincerely hope it is not a sexist comment, or worse. All of our staff is perfectly able to speak English – which we think it’s quite enough (even though we are planning German courses for everyone). Our 4-course dinner is usually much appreciated as well, due to the excellent quality of the ingredients and the delicious dishes cooked by our chef. We firmly deny everything you state about the property facilities. The Blu Hotel Natura & Spa was recently built using the best materials on the market – in an ecologist spin which we are very proud of. No issues were reported about the shower. You should have if you had and we would have fixed it. Hoping to see you again at Blu Hotel Natura & Spa or in one another of our over 30 properties all over Italy. Best regards.
