Schöne Anlage mit Potenzial aber zu groß für fünf Sterne! Zu viel schlechtes Personal ohne Deutschkenntnisse! Pool kalt. Die Speisen sind kalt und nicht abwechslungsreich! Zum Frühstück habe ich mir jeden Morgen einen frisch gepressten O-Saft für 3,50€ gegönnt, was anderes konnte ich nicht trinken! Ich hatte all inclusive!

Please note that our members of staff are multilingual and many of them also speak German. We hope that you contacted any member of staff if you felt displeased at any point during your stay, as we would do our outmost to address any issues in order to make your stay more pleasurable. We do offer a wide variety during breakfast and continental breakfast and we are sorry to hear that you felt that orange juice was your only option. Please note that fresh juices are not included in All-Inclusive but are with extra charge. In regards to the food we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied.
