We are very sorry to hear that your expectations were not met and that you are not pleased with all aspects of the hotel. Customer feedback is very important to us and we take seriously all suggestions for improvements. We apologize if you felt that our housekeeping services were not up to standard. We hope that you contacted a member of staff mentioning this, giving us the opportunity to look into the matter and promptly rectifying it. We apologize if you felt that service lacked at any point and we thank you for informing us. We have forwarded your comment to the relevant department. Our personnel is very dedicated to offer their best service and we have not had any complaints, on the contrary, the guests seem satisfied with the staff and the service they provide. It is always our pleasure to communicate with our guests and be as accommodating and attentive in order to meet their expectations. In regards to the food we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied. We hope you had the opportunity to try the full selection of our restaurants in order to add more variety to your meals. Kindly note that the hotel offers 5 restaurants and 2 a la carte restaurants providing a wide variety of menus and dishes including Greek, Italian, Chinese and Mediterranean cuisine. There is also a daily rotation in the menus. We believe that we offer good quality and something to satisfy everybody’s taste and we are sorry to hear that you this was not to your satisfaction. In regards to the food temperature not being hot enough, one may take into consideration that the opening and closing of the plates may be a reason for the food not being hot enough. We follow and enforce the HACCP regulations and ensure that the food served at the buffet is at the recommended temperature. Please note that bottled water is offered in the room upon arrival and not replenished thereafter. Bottled water is with charge but we do offer free water at our bars and restaurants. The water that we offer is purified by reverse osmosis, hence no need for bottled water.
