Aus DeutschlandSehr schöne, weitläufige Anlage. Tolle Poollandschaften und sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Sporteinrichtungen. Liegen sind in allen Bereichen jeder Zeit zu bekommen. Gute Qualität an Cocktails und Getränken an den Bar’s. Leider ist die Essensauswahl in den Buffetrestaurants sehr überschaubar und eintönig. Die Spezialitätenrestaurants stellen leider auch kein Highlight dar und man muss die Getränke teilweise extra zahlen. Gäste waren größtenteils nicht deutschsprachig und einige konnten mit der Dosierung des AI Angebot nicht immer umgehen. Unser Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig, Badezimmer und Ausstattung ist aller etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. In regards to the food we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied. We hope you had the opportunity to try the full selection of our restaurants in order to add more variety to your meals. Kindly note that the hotel offers 5 restaurants and 2 a la carte restaurants providing a wide variety of menus and dishes including Greek, Italian, Chinese and Mediterranean cuisine. There is also a daily rotation in the menus. We believe that we offer good quality and something to satisfy everybody’s taste and we are sorry to hear that you this was not to your satisfaction. Please note in regards to our all inclusive drinks that all cocktails include famous brands and are selected after careful consideration in order to cover all tastes. Concerning the extra charge of drinks at the Chinese and Italian restaurant, please note that this information can be found on our homepage and in all online tour operator websites and brochures. Also note that we provide the additional option of four other restaurants to choose from that serve all inclusive drinks during dinner.
