Das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön, jedoch wurde sehr unsauber gereinigt und oftmals wurden die Mülleimer vergessen zu leeren. Was schwierig ist, wenn dort das Toilettenpapier entsorgt werden muss, da es nicht ins Wc geworfen werden darf. Ab 19 Uhr ging unsere Toilettenspülung im Zimmer nicht mehr. Erst ab 8 Uhr morgens konnte sie wieder betätigt werden. Das Essen war teilweise total verkocht und durch gebraten, so dass man es kaum essen konnte. Die Vielfalt war gut, jedoch teils schlecht gewürzt. Ich habe mich nie in einem 5 Sterne Haus so eine schlechte Qualität erhalten. Das Personal ist sehr feindlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage sehr weitläufig und anfangs sehr unübersichtlich von der Orientierung. Der Kinderpool könnte beheizt sein und es wäre toll, wenn es mehr als einen Kinderpool in solch einer großen Anlage gäbe. Die Anlage Ansicht ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Die Lage des Hotels sehr angenehm und ruhig. Man erreicht das Hotel sehr schnell vom Flughafen aus. Würde es empfehlen.
