We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the view from your room and that our housekeeping team maintained a clean environment for you daily. However, we are sorry to learn about the issues you encountered with the bathroom tiles and the silicone in the shower and we hope that you addressed these maintenance concerns in order to informed the relevant department and resolve any issues. We hope you had the opportunity to try the full selection of our restaurants in order to add more variety to your meals. Please note that there is also a daily rotation in the menus.
