Dear Oma Birgit, Thank you for your feedback. In regards to the pool temperature, we would like to bring to your attention that this always depends on the weather. The temperature of the water is usually 3-5 degrees lower than the air temperature at the time. However, there is an indoor heated pool in the Gym building with Family and Adults Only hours. We’re sorry to hear your concerns about the food. Please note that children can also choose from the regular buffet, which may offer more variety.
