Wenn ich hier bin , dann immer in Veroz Boutique, diesmal haben mich die Kollegen überredet dieses Hotel zu probieren. Die Anlage ist echt sehr schön und groß . Das Hotel besteht aus Hauptbaus und Bungalows in der Anlage und einem großen Pool. Jedoch sind die Bungalows bzw. Zimmer moderat und nicht besonderes. Service ist ok und das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung nach sehr einfach. Das Management ist meiner Meinung nach interessiert Umsatz zu machen und an Kunden kaum. Ich werde hierher nicht nochmal kommen.

Dear Mr Hachim, It is a pity that we never saw this review up until the moment that we were awarded a 5/6 for the year 20918, based on guest feedback. Guest feedback is of the utmost importance for a hotel like ours, but it is essential to give the feedback immediate and at the first point of irritation not later or after the stay, as now we have no opportunity to fix this. It is unfortunate that you had this experience and that you did not express your concerns whilst being here as our guest. We get many guests from the for mentioned hotel that, after they experienced Casta Diva they are much happier with us and become our regulars. Our concern also is that the picture that you posted as Casta Diva, was not taken at our property but somewhere else so are you sure that you did indeed write this disappointing review on Casta Diva or the "other" place?
