We are truly delighted to read that you appreciated the daily variety of our buffet and the special attention we give to children’s dining needs. Your kind words about the room’s design and overall atmosphere are greatly appreciated. However, we feel regret that the housekeeping service did not meet your expectations during your stay. Our housekeeping team visits all rooms daily and is dedicated to maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness. Occasionally, depending on operational priorities and if a guest returns earlier to their room, it may appear as though service has not yet been completed. Nonetheless, we understand how disappointing this must have been and we take your feedback very seriously. Please be assured that we will address this internally, as your comfort and satisfaction are always our top priorities. While we are a 4-star property, we strive to offer 5-star service to every guest. Your feedback is vital in helping us improve further.
