Dear K.S. Thank you very much for sharing your experiences in our hotel after your recent stay with us. As we can see we meet your expectations about our facilities, our tasty cuisine, our friendly service, our outlets, our entertainment nights, our beach facilities, and the service generally of our authentic Village family provided. We can understand that maybe you prefer a softened mattress something which is available, and we offer it to all our guests I feel sorry that we do not have this information earlier so we can solve this little issue for you.
