Aus DeutschlandSehr schöne Anlage aber schlecht geführt, die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Aber eher 3*** Viele Russische und Italienische Urlauber, es kann nicht sein das man uns ständig auf Russisch anspricht. Personal ist sehr jung und schlecht eingearbeitet, wussten nicht so richtig was sie tun sollten. Gaben sich aber Mühe, wenn man aber von Gastronomie keine Ahnung hat wird das einfach nichts.
Bei unserer Ankunft rochen die Zimmer sehr muffig, was sich auch im Laufe der Woche nicht änderte. Zimmerreinigung einmal vergessen, dann richtig Mühe gegeben (kein Trinkgeld auf dem Bett) danach einfach nur mal so gereinigt. Wir konnten mit leben, ob andere Gäste so damit umgehen können muss man sehen, Trinkgeld muss man sich halt verdienen. Safe muss man bezahlen und bekommt dafür eine Schlüssel auf den man nun auch noch aufpassen soll, 4**** Mittelalter.
Essen war soweit in O.K. Wer nicht wählerisch ist findet auch was.
Freundlichkeit des Personals geht so. Bei unserer Ankunft um 22:00 mussten wir hungrig zu Bett gehen, war wohl noch nicht jedem bekannt dass die Snackbaar bis 24:00 geöffnet sein sollte. Beschwerden werden wohl nicht so richtig akzeptiert, als wir beschrieben das im Speiseraum eine Mitarbeiterin beim eindecken der Tische den Finger mit Spucke befeuchtete und Reste vom Tisch entfernte, danach das Besteck mit dem selben Fingern nicht am unteren Ende sondern oben anfassend auf den Tisch legte, schaute man uns nur ungläubig an. Wer aber genau beobachtet wird viel zu sehen bekommen.
Ruhig gelegen, ca. 45 min. bis Chersonissos.
