Wieder hatten wir die beste Zeit im Casa Cook El Gouna! Saad, der Hotelmanager, organisierte für uns einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir von ihm und vom Team der Rezeption bestens betreut. Am ersten Tag hat uns Küchenchef Omar mit seinem Team mit einem orientalischen Frühstück verwöhnt. Fatma hat uns jeden Morgen die besten Omlettes serviert, danke! Restaurantchef Gamil und Omnia - danke für den tollen Service! Besonders Saher hat uns beim Frühstück bestens betreut! Am Pool hat uns Hussein jeden Wunsch erfüllt, danke dafür! Das House keeping war wie immer perfekt. In sechs Monaten kommen wir wieder in unser zweites Zuhause!

Das Frühstück wurde von Omar und seinem Team immer frisch zubereitet. Die Auswahl, auch an veganen Speisen, ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Sehr aufmerksamer Service, besonders im Restaurant haben Gamil und sein Team Sonderwünsche sofort erfüllt.
