Das Hotel mach bei den Bildern einen Guten Eindruck . Die Ankunft wirk dagegen ernüchtern Schlecht. Das Hotel sollte komplett Saniert werden.
Wir hatten sein Abgewohntes Zimmer , Wände kaputt überall Flecken und bei dem Stuhl im Zimmer war der Stoff schon weg. Das Hotel ist im ganzen Stark Renovierungsbedürftig.
Es ist reichhaltig nur der Geschmack ist einfach nicht zu finden ... .

We are very sorry that you did not try to contact us and resolve your dissatisfaction with the services provided on the spot. Thank you for your opinion regarding the services provided in the restaurant, we are sorry that the food did not meet your expectations and you did not like it. The swimming pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the saunas are from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We have this information on our website, as well as in the resort at the entrance to the wellness area, on the QR code in the room and we also say them to our clients upon arrival.
